 Enjoy a complete change of scene in our stunningly restored French country house, the Chateau Colombier. Here you can relax in total comfort, enjoying the peace, beauty and tranquillity of northern Provence.
The house is surrounded by lavender fields and fruit trees and is only a couple of minutes walk from the local river. There is a large private courtyard garden, containing a wide collection of aromatic plants.
 All the bedrooms are beautifully decorated in typical Provencal style, with large, comfortable beds, ensuite bathrooms and internet access.
Whether you enjoy browsing through our extensive library downstairs, or prefer playing a tune on the piano in the dining room, you will feel totally at home here at the Chateau. In the winter you can enjoy a brisk stroll down by the river or simply curl up by the fire with a good book. In the summer months you will love sitting in the garden or lounging by the pool on our large terrace, which is also perfect for meals “al fresco”.
 Enjoy our wide and varied menu during your stay. Local, seasonal foods beautifully prepared and presented and accompanied by some of our favourite local wines. Any special dietary requirements you may have will be noted carefully by our chef before your arrival.
 After the Lightning Process training, pamper yourself in the afternoons with our many optional extras, including additional complementary therapies such as Meridian Tapping Techniques (also known as Emotional Freedom Techniques), aromatherapy massage, shiatsu and yoga.
Other activities include cycling, wine tasting, guided walks, tours of Nyons (the local market town), cooking classes and even pottery lessons!
 As for the Lightning Process training itself, this takes place each morning in a large conference room at the top of the house, with adjoining tea and coffee facilities, comfortable seating areas and a quiet space set apart for meditation or one to one work.
